Return & Exchange Policy + Requirements

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 10 business days of purchase. All approved returns will be issued in the form of a store credit only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returns must be accepted within 10 business days of the purchase.
  • If item is shipped, customer will provide return shipping.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • It MUST be unworn & unwashed, free of any odors, stains, damages or signs of wear (e.g., makeup, snags, tobacco, perfume).
  • Cannot be on the list of FINAL SALE items.

Final Sale

The following categories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

- Sale rack/Seasonal/Custom-made or Pre-Order items

- Items with pearls, sequins, or rhinestones

- All bodysuits, socks & slippers

- All Accessories, handbags, wallets & keychains

- Bath & body products

- All home + scent products

- Bridgewater Candle Company & Bourbon Royalty

- Food and drink products

- Local vendor product lines
