Exchanges/Returns MUST be made within 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase. You will receive an in-store credit ONLY! A receipt MUST BE PRESENT to exchange or return.
RETURNS MUST NOT BE WORN OR WASHED AND IN NEW CONDITION WITH ATTACHED TAGS. We will not accept merchandise back if there are any damages, tobacco smell, body odor, or stains.
We are NOT responsible for damages once the item has left the store. (Washing damage, snags, discoloration, etc.) Please see care instructions on the inside of the apparel tag.
All Jewelry, NU Skin Products, Car Scents, Candles, Bath Products, Brumates/Lids, Seasonal Items, and Sale Items are FINAL SALE. No in-store returns or exchanges will be given.

We ship anywhere in the United States. When placing your order with us, please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Delivery dates depend on the weight of your package, in which it may be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
All our packages are sent through the United States Postal Service.
If you are one of our local shoppers you know that you are always welcome to select “IN-STORE PICK-UP” at checkout. We process the orders the same day and have them ready for you within 1-3 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
