We are proud to say we ship QUICK! Here at our storefront located in Mont Belvieu, TX shipping is available to anywhere in the United States. When placing your order online with us, please give us 1-3 business days to process your order, Delivery dates and cost to ship depend on the weight of your package, which it may be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT THAT I INSPECT MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL?
It is important to inspect your order when they arrive and BEFORE ANY TAGS ARE REMOVED. This is to ensure that your items fit & are the correct items purchased. There is a time limit to get items back to us plus once the tags are removed for any reason, we cannot accept the items back.
WHAT IF STB MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
Again, inspect the items in your order immediately upon arrival, and be sure to leave all the tags attached. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org- include name, order number, order date, and the mistake made. Sometimes we may request a photo of the item but we will let you know. In the case that we are at fault, we will process a new shipping label for the item to be shipped back, but again the item(s) need to be returned according to the timeline, and tags attached in brand new condition.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, once you have placed your order there is no canceling. Please before making a purchase, you review our return policy and before hitting “submit” you are sure you want to complete this purchase. Local- we have the perfect pick-up option for you! Select "in-store pickup" at checkout to be able to pick up your items SAME DAY. We typically have your items ready for pick-up within 1-3 business hours. Please wait until you receive your "pick-up ready" email before coming into the store.
30-DAY POLICY (LOCAL PICK-UPS)
Please note if you choose local pick-up at check out we only hold your items 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes the days we are close, holidays, etc. So we suggest, as soon as you place your order to come in & pick up during our normal business hours. After this grace period, your item(s) will be placed in the pile for donations. Your item will sit in the donation pile one week from your 30-days.
