RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept exchanges/returns for store credit, for non sale items up to 10 business days from the date of purchase. You can receive either an in-store credit or exchange ONLY.
If needing to exchange or return, you MUST have a receipt present, the item must be unworn/washed, clear of any damages, odor free, and in new condition with TAGS ATTACHED!
We are NOT responsible for damages once the item has left the store. This can include washing damages, snags, discoloration, and more! To ensure your product does not have any of the following issues, we suggest you please read over the care instructions label that can be found inside all of our clothing before washing.

Final Sale items include ALL Jewelry, Handbags, Wallets, NU Skin Products, Car Scents, Sweet Grace Products, Bath Balms, Herbal Melts, Swan Creek Candles, Brumates/Lids, and ALL Seasonal/Sale Items. No in-store returns or exchanges will be given.

We ship anywhere in the United States. When placing your order online with us, please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Delivery dates depend on the weight of your packages, in which it may be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
If you are one of our local shoppers, select “IN-STORE PICK-UP” at checkout. We process these orders the same day and have them ready for pick-up within 1-3 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please note our 30-day policy, which is if your item is not picked up within these 30-days from the date of purchase your items will be donated.
