If a gift is bought and for any reason, the individual does not like what they received they will need to have a receipt present. This can be in the form of a gift receipt received in-store at checkout, email, text, or the customer copy given at checkout. Then they will need to exchange/return the items to our store front located in Mont Belvieu, Texas.
