Exchanges/Returns:

The item(s) must be returned to the location of purchase.

  • We accept exchanges/returns for store credit for regular-priced items up to 10 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an in-store credit or exchange ONLY. No cash or credit refunds are permitted.

  • To exchange/return, you MUST have a receipt present in any form, item(s) must be unworn/washed, clear of damages, odor-free, and in new condition with TAGS ATTACHED.

  • Once item(s) have left the premises, we are NOT responsible for damages which include washing, snags, discoloration, etc. To ensure your product is free of these issues, we suggest you please read over the care instructions before washing. Note: We check all of our items thoroughly to ensure your products are free & clear of any flaws.

  • Final Sale items include: All of Us Products, All Honey Sales, Jewelry, Handbags, NU Skin Products, Car Scents, Bridgewater, Bath Balms, Herbal Melts, Swan Creek Candles, Linden & London Products, All BrüMate Products, Watch Bands, and ALL Seasonal/Sale Items.

No in-store returns or exchanges will be given for these items.

Shipping/Local Pick-up:

We ship anywhere in the United States. When placing your order online with us, please allow 1-3 business day for your order to process. Delivery date depends on the weight of your packages, which may be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

You can also choose to Local Pick-up. At checkout, you will select local pick-up for the location of your choice. Allow us 1-2 hours to process an order for the local pick-up if all items purchased are from the same location, if not, please allow us 1 week from the date of purchase to collect all your items and have them ready at the location of pick-up. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to collect your items, after 30 days your items will be placed in the donations bin.

Please note that if you want to purchase items from the opposite location, you will need to allow us 1 week from the date of purchase to transfer to the location of pick-up.
